Greetings from Paradise where the average temperature is 82 degrees, water is 80 degrees, and generally there is just enough breeze to keep the margaritas cool while you sit back and relax.
All of our properties are located in the secure gated community of Truman Annex in historic, Old Town, Key West. You are walking distance to most everything, Duval Street, Fort Zachary Beach and the Waterfront park is just a block or so away. You can view ships coming in, sunsets, walks along the waterfront and even a low key water park for kids. Enjoy the sunset celebration at Mallory Square, Historical Museums at Trumans Little White House, Hemmingway House, and Mel Fishers to name a few. There are many wonderful restaurants, great live music, and of course water activities abound. There is something for everyone: Lazy days, Romantic nights, Sunsets, Fun, Food, Art, Music, Fishing, Sailing, Diving...the list goes on and on.

GREAT GIRLS TRIP
We enjoyed the proximity to the old town area. We could eat meals or go out. The pool was great to use as it was very warm the week we were there. The patio was great to have .morning coffee or drinks in the evening. Great to have had laundry at the condo. It fit our needs well. Able to walk almost everywhere

Convenient downtown location without downtown noise. Light and airy, well maintained and well appointed. Owners very responsive.

If you are looking for the perfect location...close to all the action when you want it, great restaurants, near the points of interest and close to the beach, within walking distance, you have it right here. The condo is much like "Old Florida" with its picket fences and sidewalks and all are two-stories, mostly duplex style, painted different colors, very quaint. A neighborhood. Enjoyed it tremendously.
